Leadership Success Activities

I have been in the MLM-Network industry longer than I wish to recount. If you are reading this than I am assuming that you are in the industry also, if not than this is just as important for you as it is for a veteran.

You see, those who are serious about this industry understand that in order for us, those in network marketing, to be successful we must be willing to share what is available. I know of no person who has ever become successful, including me, has done it all alone.

No one has ever come up with an awesome idea that has served hundreds or thousands of people with out listening to or seeing someone or something and wondering if.

These are two very important activities that enable readers to become leaders. These are internal activities that are the grounds for growth and success. Listening and Watching. These two activities cause us to think.

All of us do it. If you don’t believe me then you have never been around young children.

This is how children learn and how you learn! However…

The one other element to your success and leadership role is what I will share with this below.

Just recently I meet with and interviewed a gentleman by the name of Doug Atwood. He has owned several businesses and been quite successful in them. He currently owns three businesses. One is in the fast food industry and the other two are in the construction industry. He was doing very well earning a comfortable six figure income.

The year before last he generated no income. Does this sound familiar? A year ago he began in my primary business and with in twelve months earned a six figure income.

When some one is able to go from zero income, credit cards maxed, and within a year generate six figures I take notice, wouldn’t you?

People all across this nation, North America, the land of the free and the  hope of all people, are feeling the crunch of the economic down slide. You might be asking what can be done?

Well all hope is not lost.

Doug was able to find that answer as have many us. Doug and I are really no different that any of you. So I interview Doug and was able to come away with a few gold nuggets that I want to share with you today.

I asked what you would ask.

1. What is it you did to get where you’re at?

Answer: First, there is no magic pill or word or secret activity. Find a system that has worked for others and then do it. (you’ve heard of KISS right? Keep It Simple Silly)

What he is saying here is don’t recreate the wheel. Just use your natural ability.

The next step is a process. It is a series of activities that must be taken continually. He called this the “5 pieces of the puzzel”

1. Do what you can do.

2. Do the Best you can do.

3. Rest very little.

4. Check the results

5. Lifestyle = happiness

For ease of reading I will expand all five of these steps in following articles. Stay tuned.

Please comment and let me known what you think.

If it’s true that our species is alone in the universe, then I’d have to say the universe aimed rather low and settled for very little

Important point you make there. but i actually do not fully agree with you on this. also things are a bit evolved nowadays.

  • RogerS.

Thank you for your reply. I understand that the manner by which activities are done my have evolved yet the principles that drive us to take action really hasn’t changed.

We still need goals, a time line and priorities. Knowing what we want and how to go about getting what we want comes from learning.

I agree that the how has evolved yet the people factor is still present.
