The MultiLevel Marketing (MLM) business, Home based business industry, offers what we all want, an increase of security. That is the underlying truth why all of us began the “road less traveled”.
How many times have you been told to make your "Want list" or "Dream Board". All of these Wants and Dreams represent varying levels of security that you are seeking for? I know it is for me. Think about your list. It’s the big house, expensive cars, exotic vacations, thrilling activities and college funds for the children that represent a sense of security for each of us.
Security, unfortunately, is not guaranteed neither is it a destination.
Cervantes, an early 17th century novelist and poet wrote:
"The road is always better than the inn."
Such a profound phrase; but what is meant by this? As for individuals, men and women alike, who start a MultiLevel Marketing business in the home based business industry, see it to represent the road that will lead to their Dreams; it leads to their “security”.
Without the "Road" the "Inn" will never be achieved.
What has that got to do with security you may ask? It has everything to do with it. The "road" represents the challenges that you must encounter if you ever hope to reach the Inn. The "Inn" represents the general misunderstanding of security.
Have you ever caught yourself saying something along the lines of; “If only I could over come the challenges then I would be secure.” If I didn’t have to jump through so many hoops I’d already have the house, cars, college tuition, trips and the list goes on. This mentality, this internal voice is self defeating and destructive.
The Inn is not the security. This understanding of security being the end result is misplaced. It is the DESIRE for security that IS the SECURITY.
DESIRE IS SECURITY!

Security is not the End of the journey, but the Engine that drives the journey.
It is understandably seen that security is the end of the journey. This is the time when your dreams and goals are realized. However, the underlying drive for your dreams and goals are the sense of security you achieve while reaching the end. You must understand that it is the road toward the Inn that builds your confidence and character. Heck, it's the decision to embark on the MultiLevel Marketing road that begins hope and the sense of security. Can you begin to see that security is action?
Your Dream = Security = Money
The statement above leaves no room for idle time. Success in our world today is based on action. Your actions are the cause for the money that enables your dreams and wants become a reality. The driving force that causes the end result is your need for security!

Look at it this way:
- Your Dream is your Future
- Your Security is knowledge and work
- Your Money is the effect/result
As you begin to Dream and set goals for your future there is an inner force that begins to take action. It’s your desire that triggers your sub-conscience to find the solutions for any and all challenges that will arise. Security is your self confidence that is built during and after conquering the challenges that must occur.
Your dreams give you a direction to go. Your increased knowledge and work offers you security. The increased sense of security draws others to you and the money follows.
Successful MultiLevel Marketing business occurs because of a system that is routinely executed. There are many MLM companies available however, to many of them a dog and pony show with bright colors, loud words and pretty pictures that offer little if any substance or training.
Security wants consistency and a routine that is easily duplicated two, three and four levels down. I have worked with many systems, invested as well as wasted countless hours and dollars over the years. It wasn’t until recently that I came across two companies that I can’t say enough about.
